David Redford

David has been a chef for over 25 years. He trained at the Savoy before working in a variety of restaurants in the south of England before moving to Lanzarote with his family in 2008. His experience covers cuisine from all over the world, and whilst he has managed large kitchens that prepare thousands of meals a day, he is most at home in Verde Mar, where he has free reign to experiment with our fresh produce and put his creative skills to best use.
